Who we are
This website and Analitik İşler Cloud are run by Analitik İşler, İstanbul, Türkiye. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@analitikisler.com.
The open-source tool
AI Tag Debugger runs on your own computer. It does not send us any data. If you connect it to an AI provider with your own API key, the data it sends goes straight to that provider under the provider's terms, not to us.
What we collect
- Cloud access requests: the email address, website and anything else you write when you ask us for Cloud access. These reach us as an ordinary email.
- Emails you send us: your name, email address and whatever you write.
- Cloud runs: when Cloud tests a site for you, it records the pages it visits, the requests sent to analytics and ad tools, the dataLayer and the consent state. Runs use test sessions, not your visitors. Values that look like personal data, such as emails and phone numbers, are masked in reports.
- Account details: if you use Cloud, the names and emails of the people on your team and the sites you add.
This website does not use advertising cookies.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how people use this website: which pages they visit, where they come from, and which buttons and links they click, such as the Cloud access button, the GitHub and npm links, the sample report and the language switch. Google Analytics also records your approximate location, device, browser and screen size. We use this only to improve the website.
Analytics cookies are set only if you choose Accept, or switch on Analytics and choose Accept selected, in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you choose Reject, Google Consent Mode tells Google tags not to set or read cookies. If you reject, any analytics cookies already set are deleted. Google may still receive basic signals without cookies or identifiers, such as that a page was loaded, which it uses to estimate visits in aggregate. Advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization) are always off.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets these cookies:
- _ga: tells visits from the same browser apart. Kept for 2 years.
- _ga_<ID>: keeps the state of your current visit. Kept for 2 years.
The site also stores two settings in your browser, not as cookies and never sent to us: your cookie choice (kept for one year, then we ask again) and your light or dark theme.
Google LLC processes analytics data on our behalf and may store it outside Türkiye, including in the United States. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We keep analytics data in Google Analytics for 14 months. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and set up Cloud access, based on your request.
- To run the tests you ask for and send you reports and alerts, as part of our service to you.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems, based on our legitimate interest.
- To measure how this website is used, based on your consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use service providers for hosting, email, website analytics (Google) and AI processing. Cloud sends run data to an AI provider so it can write explanations in reports. These providers only process data on our behalf. Some of them may be outside Türkiye. When data leaves Türkiye, we follow the transfer rules of KVKK and, where it applies, GDPR. We will name our providers here before Cloud opens to the public, and you can ask us for the current list at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep emails about Cloud access for as long as we are talking with you about it, or until you ask us to delete them. We keep Cloud run data and reports while your account is open, and delete them within 30 days after you close it. We may keep invoices and similar records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, GDPR, you can ask to know whether we process your data, get a copy, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, and learn who we shared it with. Write to hello@analitikisler.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters for Cloud users, we will email them first.
