Terms of use
Who we are
These terms are between you and Analitik İşler, İstanbul, Türkiye. They cover this website and Analitik İşler Cloud. By using them, you accept these terms.
The open-source tool
AI Tag Debugger is free software under the MIT license. The license, not these terms, covers your use of it. It comes without any warranty. If you connect it to an AI provider, you are responsible for that account and its costs.
Cloud
Analitik İşler Cloud runs AI Tag Debugger for you on a schedule or after each release and keeps the history. Cloud is still growing. Features may change, and we will tell you by email before we change or stop the service. Plans and prices are agreed with you directly before you start.
Sites you test
- Only test websites you own or have permission to test.
- Test runs use test sessions and do not place real orders. Payment steps run only in test mode or are skipped.
- Do not use the service to overload a website, get around its security or collect other people's personal data.
Reports
Rules find the problems, and an AI model can add explanations. Explanations can be wrong. Check any recommended change before you apply it to your live site. You own your configurations and reports.
Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
We provide the service "as is" and do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will find every tracking problem. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or lost ad spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. İstanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country still apply.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and email Cloud users about important changes. Questions: hello@analitikisler.com.
